1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing the Rent Manager Mobile App or registering on the Web Landlord Portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
2. User Accounts & Registration
To access the property management tools, you must register as a Landlord. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and maintaining the accuracy of your portfolio, unit lists, and tenant data records.
3. Subscriptions & Payment Verification
Access limits (e.g. property and unit capacity constraints) are enforced based on subscription plans:
- The Starter Plan is free and permits managing a maximum of **2 properties**.
- Upgrades to higher plans require a payment transaction reference submission and undergo administrative manual verification/approval before activation.
- Rent Manager reserves the right to suspend accounts attempting to bypass validation guidelines.
4. Limitation of Liability
Rent Manager is provided "as is". We are not responsible for disputes arising between landlords and tenants, loss of accounting data, or temporary portal outages.
